The 4-Hour Body
I am halfway through the 4-Hour Body by Tim Ferriss and my first response is WOW! It is a terrific read that is hard to put down. In fact, Tim states in his book that you should not read from cover to cover and should actually jump straight to the goals you're after but I couldn't. This is one of the first books that I couldn't jump straight to were I wanted to go but rather have been reading front to back.
The book is chock full of tidbits. How to run longer. How to have better sex. How to lose weight quickly. How to get stronger. How to get bigger. And the list goes on. It is somewhat directed toward men but you ladies could get a lot from this book too. I truly recommend you picking up a copy today.
